Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of VoiceVault. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, verify your phone number, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VoiceVault to:

• Send spam, scams, phishing, or unlawful, harassing or deceptive content.
• Contact people without the consent required by applicable law (e.g. anti-spam and telemarketing rules).
• Violate carrier rules, sender-ID regulations, or any law.
• Attempt to bypass regional pricing or platform restrictions (including via VPNs/proxies), reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and may withhold delivery of prohibited content.

3. Plans, billing & credits

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Included minutes are provided as a usage allowance and do not roll over. Usage beyond your allowance is charged from your wallet at the applicable per-destination rate. Your platform and pricing are determined by your verified country. Prices may change with notice.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees and consumed usage are non-refundable. Unused wallet balances may be subject to our refund and expiry rules described in-app.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and contacts you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit it solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and consents necessary to send your campaigns.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery depends on carriers and recipient networks outside our control.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify VoiceVault against claims arising from your content, your campaigns, or your breach of these Terms or any law.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions survive.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms with notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoiceVault operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
