VoiceVault (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using VoiceVault you agree to this policy.
We share data only with: telecom carriers and infrastructure providers needed to deliver your messages; payment processors; and service providers under confidentiality. We never sell your personal data or your contacts. We may disclose data if required by law.
Contacts you upload are used solely to deliver campaigns you initiate. You are responsible for having consent to contact your recipients. You can delete contacts and campaign data at any time.
We keep account and transaction data while your account is active and as required for legal, tax and security purposes. Recordings follow your plan’s retention period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@voicevault.app to exercise these rights.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
VoiceVault is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
