Privacy Policy

VoiceVault (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, mobile apps (iOS and Android) and desktop apps. By using VoiceVault you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, phone number, country and password.
• Verification data — your email and phone number are verified by one-time code (OTP) to secure your account and confirm your country.
• Contacts you import — if you choose to import contacts from your device or a file, we use those names and numbers solely to populate recipients for campaigns you create. Importing is optional and only happens with your permission; you can remove imported contacts at any time.
• Campaign content — recipient lists, message text, audio recordings and email content you upload or create to run campaigns.
• Usage & delivery data — call/SMS/email logs, delivery status, recordings (where enabled) and analytics.
• Purchase data — subscriptions, add-ons and wallet top-ups. On iOS and Android these are processed by Apple or Google; on the web by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.
• Technical data — device, browser, IP address and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the service (send your calls, SMS and emails).
• To verify your identity and country and apply the correct regional pricing.
• To process payments and subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms.
• To provide support, send service notices, and improve the product.
• To comply with legal obligations and lawful requests.

3. In-app purchases

Subscriptions, add-ons and wallet top-ups bought inside our iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store, and inside our Android app by Google Play. Purchases made on our website are processed by our payment provider. These providers handle your payment details under their own privacy policies; we receive only confirmation of the purchase and the associated entitlement — never your full card number.

4. Sharing & service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, each under confidentiality obligations:

• Telecom & messaging carriers to deliver your voice calls, SMS and email.
• Payment processors (Apple, Google and our web payment partner) to handle purchases.
• An AI provider that helps draft campaign text when you use the AI drafting feature — only the prompt you submit is processed to generate a suggestion.

We never sell your personal data or your contacts, and we do not use your contacts or campaign content for advertising. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Your contacts

Contacts you import or upload are used solely to deliver campaigns you initiate. You are responsible for having the necessary consent to contact your recipients. You can delete contacts and campaign data at any time from within the app.

6. Data retention

We keep account and transaction data while your account is active and as required for legal, tax and security purposes. Recordings follow your plan’s retention period. You may delete your account and associated data at any time (see below).

7. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and its associated personal data at any time — no email or support request required:

• In the app — open Settings → Danger zone → “Delete my account” and confirm. This removes your account and personal data.
• On the web — sign in and use the account-deletion option, or email privacy@voicevault.app.

Some records may be retained where the law requires (for example, transaction records for tax purposes), after which they are deleted.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@voicevault.app to exercise these rights.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

11. Children

VoiceVault is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
